Grillin with John and Giada


We really don't eat too much meat at our house. It seems like I'm always picking up fish or chicken but when I saw Giada De Laurentiis grill this Rib- Eye steak with Black Olive Vinaigrette I thought it would be a great Friday night meal...and I was right! The steak was so tender, juicy and full of flavor. Zoe the dog also liked the pre-dinner show.

Everything Giada De Laurentiis makes it absurdly good! Be sure to check out her recipe for Giada Carbonara. Made it last weekend....oh, and her sundried tomato crositins. YUMMMMY!

Thanks for the tip...love Carbonara! We actually did the crostini with tomato jam--fab!
