Every Girl Is A Cupcake

I am needing a small ad for a website (details to come my sweet cupcakes!) and I have three choices and I can mix and match colors/fonts/whatever...opinion?

After much deliberation, I like C. I like the hot pink and the large graphic. I was on the fence because I also liked the different font for option A, but the color and grapic won me over.
