We all have our favorites from Food Network and Ina Garten is mine. I love her. Everything (seriously) EVERYTHING I have ever made from any of her recipes turns out fabulous. These salmon cakes were no exception. Easy to prepare, lots of great ingredients and delicious.
If you're a fan--don't you just love the way Ina and Jeffrey adore each other?? They are too sweet.

We made these 2 weeks ago!! SO GOOD... and even better the next morning on a bed of spinach and an over-easy egg on top. Oh man. Don't even get me started... SO GOOD!
i made ina's shrimp salad for dinner tonight!!! i am with you. i heart her big time. and i do mean big.
do you think after she and jeffrey have sex she gets up naked and waddles to the kitchen and makes some chocolate mousse from scratch? i'll bet she gives great BJ's.
ON THE FLOOR!!! I think she probably says "How bad can that be?!" and then they surprise each other with some new food or wine.
