I love Zappos. I love their customer service, their quick delivery, the choices they have available; from sneakers to stilettos and sandals to riding boots.
Since last week I have received and sent back no less than four pairs of running shoes. I've been searching for the perfect fit (eight weeks in a boot for a broken foot) to begin life back in active society. Zappos upgraded me to VIP status (am I special or is this for everyone? go to www.vip.zappos.com) and now I get free overnight shipping for every purchase...love it.
And just like Cinderella...the last pair fit perfectly.
