It's official. Our house was on the market for less than a week and it sold. Cash offer. Buyer wants in da house as quick as she can and the Mr. being the Mr. that he is said "no problem". The next week will be moving eight years of living into a storage unit but before that it means going through each dresser drawer and treasure box and deciding what stays. what goes. what do we keep. what do we give away.
We have lived in four houses in my town and each move was easy because it was a matter of schlepping your things to the next house that the Mr. built for us but this time it's different. We will be renting a friend's furnished house for a few months and when school's out for summer we will be thinking about the next move. The big question is where and what house will our things that have been packed away during this week end up?
