craving

I am in love with pistachios as of late. I can't get enough of them. True confession--the first time I ever ate a pistachio was a year ago? I know I ate them/enjoyed them in Ben & Jerry's pistachio ice cream for too many scoops to count and pistachio gelato in Italy last summer. But, to open up a pistachio and pop it in my mouth...2008, dear reader...a late bloomer.
