summer salad


If you're looking for something a little different than the basic green salad you might want to try this recipe (click on recipe to make it larger).
It's by Ellie Krieger from Food Network and supereasy to prepare. I substituted snap peas for the green beans (I had them in my refrigerator) and it was delish. Also--much better the second day (after everything soaks in) so might be a good idea to make this and let it sit overnight until lunch/dinner the next day. Enjoy!
